Figurefit promises to always deliver your order on time.

 

1.Shipping Policy

 

  •  All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. We aim to deliver your purchase within 5-7 working days following order confirmation, although deliveries to certain regions may require additional time.
  • Deliveries are carried out by our trusted third-party logistics partners.
  • Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect address details.
  • We are not responsible if the parcel is received and signed for by someone other than the original purchaser at the designated delivery address.
  • Once the product has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur thereafter. If the package looks tampered with or the item appears to be in unsatisfactory condition upon arrival, please decline the delivery and contact us immediately at figurefitlingeries@gmail.com with your order information. We’ll work to send a replacement within five working days upon receiving the returned product.

 

 

2. Shipping Charges

 

  •  Enjoy complimentary shipping on all purchases over ₹1999.
  • For orders under ₹999, a standard delivery charge of ₹80 will be added.
  • For orders between ₹999 - ₹1999, a standard delivery charge of ₹50 will be added.
  • Please note that during sale periods, items cannot be returned.
  • A flat exchange fee of ₹100 will be applicable per order in case of size swaps.

 

3. When will my order arrive?

   We know waiting for your order can be tough, so we aim to ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Once your order is shipped, you'll be able to track it easily.

 

4. How will my order be delivered?

   We use a national courier service to deliver your order right to your doorstep.

 

5. Do you deliver to other countries?

   We don't offer international shipping for the FigureFit collection.

 

6. One of the items in my shipment is missing or the wrong item was delivered?

    This is a rare occurrence as we double-check everything during processing. Please verify if you were charged for the missing item on your invoice. If you were charged, kindly reach out to us right away at +91-9711368185 or email us at figurefitlingeries@gmail.com.

 

 

 IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the rare case that we're unable to deliver any item in your order, don't worry – if you chose Cash on Delivery (COD), you won’t be charged for that item. If you paid online, we will refund the full amount for that item.
  • Typically, your order will arrive within 3-5 working days, but some locations may take a little longer. Please be patient, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
