Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Panties, briefs, bra-panty sets, and lingerie sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for the return process.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at figurefitlingeries@gmail.com to request a return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Do not send items back without approval, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please check your items when you receive them. If there’s any damage, a defect, or a wrong item, email us immediately so we can fix it.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only allowed on bras.
- To exchange an item, return the original, and once approved, place a new order.
Refunds:
- After inspecting your returned item, we’ll let you know if it’s approved for a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, it may take 5-7 days for your bank to process it.
- Return charge: Rs. 100 per order, deducted from the refund.
Partial Returns:
- A Rs. 100 charge applies for partial returns, deducted at the time of refund.
During Sales:
- Orders are non-returnable during sales.
